Knowing what you are eating is important. We only ever use two ingredients - Cod and Salt. We only use accredited Kosher Salt, as this contains no anti-caking agents, colouring pigments, or any artificial additives or preservatives.
We engaged the services of Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh to independently establish the nutritional values of our salt cod. These results are for pre-soaked and cooked cod, ready to eat. The tests were undertaken in June 2016.
