Fidela’s beans are grown in Colombia by friends and family of Vladimir, who lives just down the road from Thule Ventus in Sandwick. The beans are hand-picked and left to dry naturally for a minimum of 20 days before being roasted fresh to order by Vladimir’s brother in Northern Ireland. The time and care given at each stage of the coffee production really shines through in the end result, which rich, sweet and packed full of flavour.
