Marian Armitage, Shetland Food expert and writer shared with us 2 of her recipes. Both originally are featured in her book Shetland Food and Cooking.
Marian's book was a winner in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. She collected the prize in Yantai, China in May last year - the category was ‘Food Promotion'.The book is available from the Shetland Times Bookshop online or in any bookshop by request.
